It can be used as a wonderful relief for headaches, shoulder tension, stiff necks and insomnia, or simply to melt away tension at the end of a hard day.

What is different about this lifeflow technique from other forms of Head Neck and Shoulder massage is it uses ways of balancing the energy in the whole body, and through working on the head and face alone how each and every organ in the whole body is energised and brought back to a state of balance. It is not only merely for releasing tensions in the head and shoulder regions

Lifeflow Exercises for health building

Lifeflow spontaneous movement is a process where movement happens spontaneously from within. There is no movement pattern to study and remember, unlike yoga or tai-chi. Emotions and unconscious aspects of ourselves may emerge, giving us greater self-awaremess. The movements can also take us deep within ourselves to a space of meditation. Done regularly, they are cleansing and purifying and reconnect us with the wisdom of the body.

People intending to take part in this process must have participated in the voice dialogue training workshops, the spiritual coaching workshop, or have done similar work in the past.

5 Tibetans is based on ancient Tibetan yoga for rejuvenation purposes. Our version is based on the teachings of pranic healing, and has been designed so that much less time is needed to do them and with even more effectiveness.

Qi Gong is derived from Spring Forest Qi Gong, which involves very easy and simple movements that give surprisingly lots of health benefits.

Lifeflow Voice Dialogue, free mind and liberated heart

Dr. Hal Stone PhD, and Sidra Winkelman developed voice dialogue. It has its origins in Jungian Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, Psychosynthesis, and Transactional Analysis. It’s a very unique technique for understanding and unconditionally loving and accepting our selves. This includes all the different aspects of our personality, the "good" and the "bad", the "creative" and the "instinctual". It is a way of embracing ourselves without any judgment and condemnation, leading to a realisation of our true Essential Self.

Participants are eligible to attend regular Voice Dialogue Exchange evenings, and also in the spontaneous Lifeflow Movement classes. These classes allow an experience of purification on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels, and embracing the disowned aspects of our self.
